"A lot" with 有的是
is used as a subject to express a large amount of something. It literally means “what I have is …”.

gōngzuò de jīhuì yǒu de shì, jiùshì nǐ bú gòu nǔlì
In a negative sentence, we put the negative particle before 有的是 to say “what we don’t have is …”.
