The 从…到… structure
"From..., to..."
The structure can be used in different situations when you need to designate a period of time, distance, or range.
When we are talking about a period of time:

Often the predicate in these sentences is preceded by the adverb .
Examples
一号五号在下雪
It's snowed every day from the 1st to the 5th
cóng yí hào dào wǔ hào dōu zài xiàxuě
我每天上午八点下午两点上课
I have lessons every day from 8AM to 2PM
wǒ měi tiān cóng shàngwǔ bā diǎn dào xiàwǔ liǎng diǎn dōu shàngkè

When we talk about a range, it usually refers to groups of people, phenomenas or inanimate objects.

Also, using the structure 从…到…, you can simply name the order in which actions are performed: "from...to...", "first...then...":
