The conjunction 再者
The conjunction is used to introduce additional information in a sentence. It is usually placed at the beginning of a sentence. In rare cases, it can be used to connect parts of a compound sentence.
Pay attention
If the conjunction 再者 is placed at the beginning of a sentence, we should put a comma after it. If the conjunction 再者 is placed in the middle of a sentence, we should put a comma before it.

In addition, this is a very common thing
zàizhě, zhè shì yí ge hěn chángjiàn de shì
再者,其他国家就是这么做
Furthermore, that's what other countries do
zàizhě, qítā guójiā jiù shì zhème zuò
这房子太小,再者离城很远
This house is too small and too far from the city
zhè fángzi tài xiǎo, zàizhě lí chéng hěn yuǎn
再者 can also be used in the structure which has the meaning "first..., then..., and after that...".
Examples
准备做饭时,首先买食物,其次切菜,再者开始煮
If you want to prepare a meal, you should first buy the products, then chop the vegetables and after that start cooking
zhǔnbèi zuò fàn shí, shǒuxiān mǎi shíwù, qícì qiē cài, zàizhě kāishǐ zhǔ
We also can use 再者 in the combinations and in spoken language. These combinations have the same meaning "moreover", "besides".
