The structures 对/就…来说 and 对/就…而言
These structures are used to state the topic of a sentence or to express a personal opinion. For example: "I think that...", " My mother thinks that...".
In the structure “as far as... is concerned”, different parts of speech that express someone's opinion can be placed between 对 
and 来说 . These parts of speech can be the following:
1) a first name;
2) a pronoun denoting a person;
3) a noun indicating a person or a group of people. It can also be preceded by an attribute.
and 来说 . These parts of speech can be the following:

In southern China, the structure 对…来讲 can be used instead of 对…来说.
