Narrative Structure

It is used to introduce additional information in a sentence.

This phrase is used to object to somebody’s words in a polite way.

The structures with 不管 and 无论 have the same meaning and are often used interchangeably. They indicate that some conclusion or result will not change under any circumstances.

The phrases 总的来说 and 总而言之 have a similar meaning and are used to summarize or to conclude a previously stated idea.

We use these structures to express a point of view.

We use the phrases 就是说, 这就是说 and 也就是说 to summarize what has been said earlier.

"On the one hand..., on the other hand…"

These structures are used to state the topic of a sentence or to express a personal opinion. For example: "I think that...", " My mother thinks that...".
