The non-subject-predicate construction
The non-subject-predicate construction (非主谓句) is a sentence whose initial constituent is not the subject but rather the predicate, or a sentence whose constituent is neither a clear-cut subject nor a predicate.
There are four of these types of sentences: 1) with nouns. Consists of a single noun or a short phrase with a noun.

汽车!
There is a car!
qìchē
谁?
Who is this?
shéi
2) with verbs. Mostly, such sentences are composed of predicates with object or verb collocations. Single verbs are used rarely.

Go away!

下雨了
It’s raining
xià yǔ le
3) with adjectives. Composed of a single adjective or a word combination with an adjective.
Examples
太贵了
Too expensive
tài guì le
好!
Good!
hǎo
讨厌死了!
I hate it!

4) composed of interjections or sound imitation.
