The colloquial phrase emphasizes that a person has no issues or concerns with doing something. In a sentence, it is usually placed after a predicate.

nǐmen bǎ fángzi xiūlǐ de zhēn shì méi shuō de
我是可以出差的,这是没说的,就是我不知道妻子会不会让我
No problem, I can go on a business trip. I just don't know if my wife will let me go
wǒ shì kěyǐ chūchāi de, zhè shì méi shuō de, jiùshì wǒ bù zhīdao qīzi huì bú huì ràng wǒ
没说的 can also be placed at the beginning of a sentence. In this case, it should be followed by a comma.
