We usually use the phrase 太巧了 in colloquial speech. It expresses surprise, which should be highlighted by the speaker’s intonation.
The phrase may be used either as its own sentence as a response to a previously said statement, or at the beginning of a new sentence.
Pay attention
We always should separate 太巧了 with a comma.
